Santorini What to See:

Walk from Imerovigli to Fira (late afternoon, preferably):
This is a must to do walk, and it is very easy to take (downhill). Duration approx. 30-40min.
Start from Imerovigli village, taking the caldera path (walkway) on the cliff and gaze at the beautiful views of the houses & hotels on the cliff-sides.
A few minutes walking below is the artistic neighborhood of Firostefani.
Optional stop at “Galini café” with breathtaking caldera views for a refreshment or enjoy a dinner at “Da Vinci” – maybe the best Italian restaurant in the island.
Continue walking the picturesque footpath south, towards Fira.
Shortly after Firostefani, you will have reached the top of Fira town.
Fira offers many options for restaurants, shopping & nightlife. Taxi and local bus station is located on the south part of the town, near the main square.
During peak times (July and August) taxi’s may be very hard to find throughout the island and buses may be crowded.
It is recommended to pre-book your transfer via your Hotel or at

Pyrgos village (late afternoon, preferably):
Located in the heart of the island, is one of the most charming villages in Santorini.
Stroll through the small alleys towards the top of the village, where the ruins of the old fortress are. Enter the church & light up a candle, as the Greek tradition says.
Enjoy the views of the sunset from the top, alongside a glass of wine at “Franco’s” artisitc café, thereby.
Upon return at the main square of the village try a local dinner (small plates) at “Kantouni Café” and hear locals & other Greeks chatting about everyday life in Santorini.

More “Santorini Highlights”:
Oia village during sunset time & Ammoudi bay (small port with traditional sea-food restaurants).
Both of them can be extremely crowded during peak season (July and August).
It is recommended to book your transfers and/or dinner via your Hotel or online at
The excavations at the prehistoric site of Akrotiri.
The Black and Red sand beaches.
Another option, if you would like to see some of the best sites on the island is through one of our private tours at
