What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure with a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If we have to cancel the tour — for example due to weather — you receive a full refund.
Can children or minors join the wine tour?
Guests under 18 are not permitted on our small-group (shared) wine tours. However, guests under 18 are permitted and are actually completely free to join our Private Wine Tours.
If you are traveling with children, we highly recommend you book one of our Private Wine Tours.
Can I change or reschedule my booking?
Yes — changes and rescheduling are possible up to 72 hours before departure. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

PICKUP INFORMATION
Parts of Santorini are built on a slope, in case your hotel /Airbnb is inaccessible by car due to landscape, pedestrianized areas, or any other restrictions, your pickup will be set at a nearby meeting point location within walking distance from your accommodation that will be advised after your booking.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Our online booking system accepts all major credit cards and PayPal, and the booking process is seamless – reserving any of our Santorini experiences should only take a moment. If your transaction is not successful, you can try a different card, switch to the Pay with PayPal option, or contact your bank or card issuer – overseas banks sometimes apply extra security to international online payments as a precaution. CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you cancel more than 3 days (72 hours or more) in advance of your scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee and a 100 percent refund is being processed back to the original form of payment.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled departure or NO-SHOW, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
- In addition, no changes / reschedules are possible 72 hours or less before the tour start time.

An excellent tour in Santorini, we have a professional guide, Evanglo, who is very caring and patient to us, brings us to different places, explains details, is polite, and does not push us to go fast since we love to take pictures.
we also visited the winery, which is a super deluxe winery, Estate Argyros, unexpectedly good wine and a place to try wine, with cheese and hams, all included.
should not miss it. we also bought some white wine at home. Highly recommended.
